From very early on in my career, I knew I had a love for number crunching. But when I discovered that my entrepreneurial drive could also allow me to help numerous small business owners like myself with their accounting too, I found my perfect fit. Now after 30+ years in accounting roles, and 16 years of having my own business, I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity of helping all different kinds of business owners in all different kinds of industries. With a keen eye for details, and skills for creating systems that allow for efficient and accurate accounting, I thrive on providing top-notch services, freeing business owners to build their businesses while relieving their stress of handling their finances.
As a business owner and hiring my own team members along the way, I learned the importance of finding high quality employees to support me and my clients. I discovered that it can be costly and time consuming when you hire someone that may not have the experience or skill sets that were represented on their resumes. Due to the importance of finding skilled, qualified candidates, I developed a Bookkeeping Skills Assessment, which is a live, proctored test that evaluates the skillsets of a candidate before hiring. I now have the privilege of assisting in the hiring process of accounting professionals all across the US so that they can feel more confident in the members they choose for their team.
